DEARBORN, MI – U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (MI-12) released the following statement welcoming Susan White as the new refuge manager of the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge:

“It is my pleasure to welcome Susan White back to Michigan as she assumes leadership at the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge. As a Macomb County native, Susan knows that our lakes and wildlife are a way of life for those of us in Michigan. Her hands-on leadership and years of experience make her a perfect fit for the refuge, and I look forward to working alongside her to preserve and protect our wildlife and treasured land.”
