To amend the National Trails System Act to direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study on the feasibility of designating the Chief Standing Bear National Historic Trail, and for other purposes.
An amendment numbered 8 printed in House Report 116-395 to ensure that military aircraft overflights, units of special air space, and flight training routes are allowed over wilderness areas designated by this Act.
An amendment numbered 6 printed in House Report 116-395 to allow the Secretary of Agriculture or Secretary of the Interior, as appropriate, to exempt from wilderness designations under the Act any area determined by the Secretary to be at high risk of wildfire.
An amendment numbered 5 printed in House Report 116-395 to state that the Secretary of the Interior or the Secretary of Agriculture may manage for fire, insects, and diseases in wilderness areas designated by this Act.
