Amendment clarifies that nothing in the underlying bill impacts the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention order requiring negative COVID-19 tests for proof of recovery from COVID-19 for travelers coming from the People's Republic of China.
Amendment sought to prohibit application of subsections (a) and (b) to any successor or subsequent order of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention requiring foreign persons traveling by air to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
